LAAL SINGH EXPELLS GURWINDER BALI FROM CONGRESS FOR SIX YEARS

Chandigarh, April 15: Taking strong note of the indiscipline, Chairman Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) Election Management Committee Laal Singh on Monday expelled Gurwinder Singh Bali for six years from the primary membership of the Congress party.

 Disclosing this here today, a PPCC spokesperson stated that Bali had been shunted out for his anti-party activities and acts of indiscipline. Any instance of violation of party’s ethics and principles would be viewed strictly, Chairman Election Management Committee warned adding that anyone found guilty of such conduct would be dealt with strongly.

 Reiterating the need to work cohesively to ensure accomplishment of party’s Mission 13, Laal Singh said party’s rank and file were upbeat and enthusiastic and Congress would register thumping win at all Parliamentary Seats across the state.

Urging the party cadre to work aggressively to disseminate Captain Amarinder Singh’s government’s path breaking achievements to people at the grassroots level, he said the huge response in favour of the party’s policies was evident from massive public support in favour of candidates announced by the party for respective parliamentary constituencies.

 Congress party under the leadership of Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh would win all 13 seats to ensure installation of Congress government at the Centre, he further added.
