Kangana Ranaut to visit Manali for Diwali celebration with her family

Mumbai: Kangana Ranaut, who is super busy juggling between her directorial venture Manikarnika and other projects. The teaser of the upcoming period drama was released on October 2 and has already got a stupendous response from the viewers and broke several records. The workaholic Kangana has decided to let hair down for some time as she plans to head to her hometown in Manali to celebrate Diwali with her family.

Interestingly, this will be Kangana’s first Diwali in her new house. The actress has been named her home, Kartik Nivas. Kangana, who took immense interest and joy in making her dream pad look gorgeous. She will also make sure that her first Diwali celebrations at new home will be a memorable affair for family and herself.

Revealing her Diwali 2018 plans, the ‘Simran’ actor told PinkVilla, “My entire family will come together this Diwali. My brother is introducing us to his girlfriend and making the relationship official, so we wanted to be together on this special day. It’s also my nephew Prithvi Raj’s first Diwali. Since he’s just a baby we will avoid noisy crackers.”

“Since it is snowing in Manali, Kangana is carrying her favourite vintage wine. “My grand piano, a song and wine is my idea of a party so in a sense I will be partying this Diwali,” Kangana added.

Produced by Zee Studios and Kamal Jain, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, is slated to release on January 25, 2019. Meanwhile, the actress is all set to begin work on her next project – the sports-based drama film ‘Panga’, directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari.
