Manipur: 8 injured in Imphal Bazar blast after polling

Imphal: At least eight people were injured after a blast took place near Kasturi Bridge Manipur’s Imphal Bazar on Wednesday evening.

Two, out of the three injured persons, are in a critical condition. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital.

Police have reached the spot.

This comes in the backdrop of the last phase of the two-phased Manipur Assembly elections which concluded on Tuesday. The results will be announced on Saturday.
