I am here as goodwill messenger of peace: Navjot Sidhu

Wagha Border (Lahore): Punjab Local Bodies Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu today said he had arrived in Pakistan as goodwill messenger of peace and a friend to join swearing in of his friend Imran Khan as Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Talking to journalists, the former cricketer made it clear he had not come as a politician.

Commenting on his friend and former cricketer, Sidhu said Imran Khan was a person who has the ability to transform weakness into strength.

He said the role of the artists was to build bridges and reduce distances.
