3 arrested in case of murder of father-in-law of IAS officer

Patiala, December 18: The police today arrested three persons in the case of murder of retired SE Swarn Singh, father-in-law of Punjab IAS officer Varun Roozam

One of the accused is Jagtar Singh who had got him purchased 20 acres of land for Rs 4 crores on fake papers.

He hired two contract killers as Swarna Singh got suspicious.
