AAP rebel MP Harinder Khalsa joins BJP

New Delhi, March 28: Aam Aadmi Party rebel from Fatehgarh Sahib in Punjab MP Harinder Singh Khalsa today joined the Bharatiya Janata Party.

He was welcomed to the party by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.

Former IFS officer, he had resigned from service in protest against Operation Bluestar, the army attack on the Golden Temple complex in 1984. He was posted in Norway at that time.
