Appointments of 1813 clerks of SSS Board likely by April 2019: CM to Arora

Chandigarh, February 14

In reply to the question by  Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Sunam Aman Arora over the long-pending appointments of  1883 clerks in SSS Board, Captain Amarinder Singh clarified that out of a total of 4279 candidates, 1883 had appeared in the written and typing test conducted by the Board. The vacancies were made public in 2016.

He said that appointment letter would be issued to the short-listed and selected candidates after meeting the departmental procedure. The information would also be uploaded on the official website of the Board, he added.
