ECI ACCORDS PERMISSION FOR JOINING AND POSTING OF 17 DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENTS OF POLICE

Chandigarh, April 9:

The Election Commission of India (ECI) today gave its nod for joining and posting of 17 Deputy Superintendents of Police deputed by Department of Home Affairs.

Divulging further, the Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab Dr. S. Karuna Raju said that the Punjab Government has sought clarification on the joining and posting of 17 Deputy Superintendents of Police deputed by Department of Home Affairs, from MCC angle.
