PARLIAMENTARY DELEGATION OF UGANDA CALLS ON SPEAKER PUNJAB VIDHAN SABHA

CHANDIGARH, APRIL 7:
An eight Members Parliamentary Delegation from Uganda was warmly welcomed by the Hon’ble Speaker of Punjab Legislative Assembly, Mr. Rana Kunwar Pal Singh, at his office here today.
The delegation discussed various Constitutional and Political aspects pertaining to the Parliamentary and Legislative working, before deliberating on the avenues to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
The delegation was full of praise over the hospitality tendered by the Hon’ble Speaker and also conveyed their satisfaction as to the outcome of the meeting that assured mutual efforts pertaining to socio-economic and political developments between the two countries.
Delegation Members have invitation to Mr. Rana Kunwar Pal Singh for Uganda visit, which was warmly accepted by the worthy Speaker.
