Shiv Sena leader gunned down in Gurdaspur.

Gurdaspur, April 5 : Shiv Sena (Bal Thackeray) leader and district vice-president Ajay Thakur has been shot dead in Gurdaspur on Friday.Four people reportedly fired shots at Thakur at village Jagatpur Khariya of Gurdaspur. Family members of the victim informed that Thakur was getting threat calls from past few days and police failed to take any action inspite of the complaint registered.

Area police is investigating the matter.
