STADIUM BUILT WITH RS 5 CRORE 20 LAKHS INAUGRATED AT MADIPUR

Newdelhi, March 8 : Newly built stadium at village Madipur was inaugurated today. This has been built by Dakshin Delhi Nagar Nigam with a cost of Rs 5 crore 20 lakhs. This has a seating capacity of 2164 persons, has 8 lane running track, Gymnasium, Basketball Court besides parking space for 135 cars.

Function was graced by Mr. Shyam Sharma Mayor SDMC, Manoj Tiwari President BJP Delhi state and MP, Sahib singh Verma MP West Distt, S.Manjinder Singh Sirsa General Secretary DSGMC and Ex MLA Rajouri garden, SC president Delhi state Mohan Lal Gehra Mrs Satvinder Kaur Sirsa councillor Punjabi Bagh, West Distt BJP President Ramesh khanna , West Distt BJP Vice President Mahesh yadav, Kailash Sankla, BJP President Punjabi Bagh Ramesh Yadav, Gulshan Kharbanda, Devinder Yadav,Ramesh Yadav,Sunder Nigam ward no 104 besides others.

Addressing the gathering Mr. Manjoj Tiwari and Mr Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma lauded the efforts of Mayor Mr. Shyam Sharma and Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa in getting the work of the stadium completed in a stipulated time. They said that team of the BJP and SAD is committed to work for development of the area and no effort would be spared to provide world class infrastructure to the people of Delhi.

Addressing the gathering Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa thanked the dignitaries for gracing that occasion and said that this village Madipur is very close to them as the people of the area had wholeheartedly supported Mrs Satwinder Kaur Sirsa during the MC elections and she emerged victorious with the biggest margin in the MC history.

Mr Sirsa said that they are committed to complete the poll promises they made during the MC elections and building of the stadium at Madipur was one of them. He said that in future too they will keep on working for development of the area as per their commitment.

A large number of people from the area participated in the function.
