Sukhbir Badal appoints key functionaries in various employees’ Wings

Chandigarh/March 27: The Shiromani Akali Dal president S. Sukhbir Singh Badal today made some key appointments in several employees’ wings of the party to enhance the coordination level between different employees’ wings working in various government departments in the state as he appointed senior vice presidents, vice presidents and general secretaries of the employees’ wings. He also appointed a patron and an office secretary of the employees’ wing.

All above decisions were taken by the party president after having extensive deliberation over the matter with senior SAD leader S. Sikandar Singh Maluka, office secretary to SAD president S. Charanjit Singh Brar and the employees’ wing president S. Karamjit Singh Bhagrhana.

Giving details, the SAD president said new office-bearers have been appointed to ensure smooth coordination between various employees’ wings in the wake of ensuing parliamentary polls. He urged all employees’ wings to show a united face in the fight against the atrocities and suppression of the congress government.

Sh. Inderjit Singh Sharma has been appointed as patron of the employees’ Wing Punjab Roadway Department: S. Satbir Singh Khatra was appointed as Senior Vice President, S. Gurmail Singh Moga as Vice President & S. Salwinder Singh Gabaria as General Secretary,PRTC Department: S. Jagtar Singh Pandher was appointed as Senior Vice President, S. Ranjit Singh Sidhu Rana as Vice President & Jarnail Singh as General Secretary ,Water Supply & Sewerage Board Department: S. Bhajan Singh Khokhar was appointed as Senior Vice President and Sh. Sushil Chopra as General Secretary, Irrigation Department: S. Ravinder Singh Jagga Ranjit Sagar Dam was appointed as Senior Vice President,Punjab State Urban Development Authority: Mohinder Singh Maloa was appointed as General Secretary,Punjab Tourism Department: S. Surjit Singh Saini was appointed asGeneral Secretary and Sh. Avinash Kumar Munshi as Joint Secretary,Health Department: S. Darshan Singh Bajaj was appointed as Vice President and Bibi Satwant kaur Johal as General Secretary,Punjab State Electricity board Department: S. Baldev Singh Sekhon was appointed as Senior Vice President, S. Bikar Singh Maghania as Vice President & Amarjit Singh as General Secretary, Animal Husbandry Department: S. Jagtar Singh was appointed as senior vice president & S. Mangal Singh Bajewal as General Secretary ,Education Department: S. Ishar Singh Manjhpur was appointed as Senior Vice President, S. Charan Singh Jawanda as Vice President & S. Gurpreet Singh Mohi as General Secretary ,PWD Department: S. Malkit Singh Rello was appointed as Senior Vice President & Sukhpal Singh Lali as General Secretary ,S. Surjit Singh Saini has been appointed as Office Secretary of the employees’ Wing.
